Can the Time Stamp be set to an hourly rate, instead of minute rate>?

The application uses the hourly rate and you can adjust this rate from the menu bar under Tools > Set default hourly rate charges. However, the counter will work and count using seconds, minutes, and hours. I have installed the application on my computer and there was no way to set it to work the way you wanted.
